Poonam Kaur alias Deepa was voted as Miss Andhra in 2005. She was offered roles in Telugu films.
She acted in films like 'Mayajalam' and Oka Vichitram. After that she vanished from the scene altogether.
We learnt that she went to other industries like Kollywood and Bollywood in search of work. But she did not bag any films there.
She is now trying to make a comeback. Hero Gopichand is now acting in a new film on the Bhavya creations banner.
